As of this month, QTY Surveyors turns one, and what an incredible year it's been. In twelve short months, we've gone from a small team with big ambitions, to trusted partners delivering impactful commercial and estimating support for design specialists to main and specialist contractors. This past year has been defined by growth, resilience, and strong client relationships—and we’re only just getting started.

Growth: Building Momentum from Day One

From our first project onward, QTY Surveyors has been on a steady upward trajectory. In our inaugural year, we’ve:

Developed Practical Tools & Templates: From SOPs and CVR checklists, to estimating frameworks, we’ve created repeatable tools that empower clients for the long run.
